I’ve been trying to submit a claim on the British Airways EU261 compensation website, but I’m stuck and can’t seem to get past Step 5 of 7 (Contact Details).

After filling out the form, pressing the "Next" button does absolutely nothing. No error message, no page refresh, and no visible JavaScript errors. It's as if the button is completely unresponsive.

Has anyone else had this problem?
