Thanks for mentioning the 250 points thing.
Unfortunately, within minutes of claiming my 250 points it seems someone cleared out my existing nectar points many miles from home. Sigh.
And after a long and painful conversation with their call centre I am thinking maybe the BA Indian call centre isn't so bad after all.
I think others have previously encountered the complete lack of surprise at the misuse of the points. Hopeless.
