I have used Airportr to/from ZRH before, and not had any issues.
I live about a 70-80 min drive from Zurich airport. They use their own vans (a Transit-like van, from my last experience) and based on AirTag tracking they seem to just drive straight to/from the airport, or a facility in Kloten (a village right by the airport).
Only issue I have ever had is the guy last time only spoke French, and I could only speak German or English. But we still found a way of communicating.
