Would it be worth it to clear immigration (EU passport) to get breakfast (Shakshuka?

) in the arrivals lounge (kinda have FOMO as I usually don't fly to long haul to London) or should I rather check out SQ/AC/UA for brunch?

Not sure if you are familiar with LHR. You will arrive in Terminal 2B, a "satellite" facility where all long hauls arrive and depart. You will use an underground tunnel, with travelators, upon arrival to get to the main Terminal 2, where you will undergo security check.
You will then be in Terminal 2, where your LH flight will depart, and where the LH lounge is located.
The other Star Alliance lounges are in Terminal 2B, which would take about 15 minutes to get to, back thru the tunnel. Then to get back to Terminal 2 for your LH flight, another trip thru the tunnel, but no travelators that direction.
I would take a look at immigration lines at the e-gates (assuming US Passport). If not bad, would enter UK and use the arrivals lounge, especially if LH lounge is closed. It would likely be quicker than a trip back-and-forth thru the tunnel.
If LH is open, I would probably just go there.
