Wife and I used the gates at DEL on departure last week. What a breeze! We were through in seconds. And surprisingly, the security setup at the time was such that e-Gate users were funneled to the business/first class security queue. Since we were flying economy, this was a nice surprise. Security and Immigration took about 3 minutes end to end. I figure we saved about 30 minutes at least.
