Flew LHR-BOS yesterday, and looks like my menu was exactly the same as the las post. For the pre-arrival, I did not get the oxtail ragout but just only the Scotch Egg as I was still full from the earlier meal.
First time I can say that my F service as up to standard - with name actually being used close to throughout all interactions and coming over to me when they noticed I was awake.
On the ground they only served the Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Millenaires, and only after take off was the Rare available. I found both to be ok in First.
The IFM a Spanish chap - did go round greeting all in First. I was also asked at the beginning if I wanted to dine later or after takeoff.

Lamb - I declined the potatoes
Scotch egg - hit the spot
Took the dessert from the dinner menu.
🙀 this Christmas leftover was still there..but happy to get it
