Sadly most of the MRO shops used by all major airlines are located in countries with better availability of qualified labor. The ones located in Europe (eg MLA, BOD etc) are booked out in Winter. The maintenance crews and capcity in MUC/FRA are primarily busy with line maintenance and not certified to do such structural work. The seat is manufactured in Ireland and the galleys in Germany.
