I'm skyteam elite Plus. MH charged me 120 usd per bag ( 4 bags total for 4 pax travelling, all Skyteam elite Plus). Bags were checked all the way to destination in France since the lady at the counter informed that it was cheaper than check them in up to Singapore only ( ~800 usd if I recall) ( they charge per kg up to sgp vs per piece up to final destination).
All the flights on my booking are indeed showing KLM or AF flight number.
