I have not had this in years, but the last time I did it was a very good smoked salmon + caper + hard boiled egg + bagel breakfast. Very similar the cold plate on mainline but packaged differently. The only meal I've had on Eagle post-covid that was at parity to mainline. I'm not sure what the veggie version was.

I could never understand this. If I was an FA I'd get so bored on a transcon doing no work.
