Re Champagne situation it's tattinger NV for now. Supplier says the vintage one hasn't arrived yet.

So I guess it's tattinger vintage after the NV

On a side note they are serving fugu (blowfish) wrapped with bacon in JAL F Narita at the moment. Pretty decent !
