I was in Saudi Arabia Damman airport, flying domestic. On the PP app, it clearly state that Wellcome Lounge is part of the program.
I'm holding PP while my partner is holding DragonPass, however I was denied entry, as the staff clearly state that PP is no longer in partnership.
I send an email to PP asking them to update it on their apps and website (remove Wellcome Lounge), and below is their response.

I'm sorry to hear you were denied access to the lounge.
I can confirm that Wellcome Lounge in Dammam Airport is in partnership with Priority Pass, however, this lounge accommodates Domestic flights only.
Kindly give us a call when you visit this lounge again, we will speak with the lounge staff.
If we can help with anything else, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
