Same Issue here with multiple AS marketed flights in paid first class. J and D bookings that are clearly eligible for AA miles based on the earning charts. I had one FLL to SFO one-way with 2 people. Both required a manual request with the ticket numbers not being found and the second form with more info. 1 person eventually got credited, the other asked for more documentation then got the Airline unable to validate error. The ticket numbers are very much 100% correct. I called alaska and explained this, and they of course said the tickets are fine and the info in them matches. I call back AA and said that and they said they made a manual request to AAdvantage after looking into it, but I still now need to wait to see if it actually posts.

I had to submit the request form again for a Round Trip SFO PVR SFO. Will have to wait to see, but it has been 20 days since return flight with no auto post.

Of course neither are going to admit any issue. AS IT is probably the culprit, especially since they did a huge revamp and had multiple issues, and they have the Hawaiian merger going on. AS service is always good, but their IT and SW have always been pretty lagging compared to others.

AS won't force push the miles, they say you have to deal with AA.
