The AA Citi Exec card originally did. We used it after we missed a connection at DFW back in 2016. I noticed this ridiculous 6 hour segment restriction when they restored many of the benefits (and raised the fee) but assumed/hoped that they didn't really mean that a forced overnight wouldn't count. As noted above, this really is of little practical use.
