Please try again or come back later." The last time I was Platinum was a half dozen years ago, so I haven't used RUCs under the new system. Wondering if this sudden change in our reservation means the RUC has cleared and the ticket needs to be reissued? Thanks in advance for your help!
It’s definitely a possibility, but no way to know for sure unless you call in. Generally if one clears the seat maps for all segments in the PNR go “view only” and once you call and get the agent to process things go back to normal. New official policy is for an agent to not reissue the ticket until T-24 (checkin time) - their reasoning is it prevents the RUC from being closed/used if you need to make changes - but in reality it just means your seats are subject to being booted back to main cabin in the event of any DL-initiated schedule changes. However given your trip is next week that is unlikely to occur, and you have better odds of a good agent going ahead and reissuing.
