Does this mean my RUC cleared?
Hi All, Delta Platinum for the second time in my Delta flying career. I claimed my RUCs in December and used them to waitlist my family of four for upgrades on our MSP-SJU flight next week. For the past month I've been able to see the seating chart and then suddenly today, a week before departure, when I click on the seat map it says "Something went wrong. Please try again or come back later." The last time I was Platinum was a half dozen years ago, so I haven't used RUCs under the new system. Wondering if this sudden change in our reservation means the RUC has cleared and the ticket needs to be reissued? Thanks in advance for your help!
