I tried to load up my Serve card today at Walmart and they wanted to charge me a fee of $3.78. No notification from Serve and nothing on their website about it. Was this a glitch or did the cashier do something wrong?
I remember a while back when Bluebird was no fee, I got randomly charged a fee once. After that, no more fees. I didn't attempt to get the fee reimbursed (it was <$1) so could just be a glitch in the system. Try another WM and see what happens
