I've been having issues since September with AS marketed flights auto-crediting. I had to fill missing miles request on the AA website and they were credited about 10-14 days later. On one of the flights they followed up and asked for ticket documentation. Seems to be a glitch / issue that has been persisting and not been fixed. Very annoying for me as I fly down the coast to SoCal about once a month on AS metal
