There is no advantage to waiting until the last minute. But if you're going to pick NUAs, that's the automatic default. If you didn't get an email from Marriott inviting you to choose a benefit, there is a link at the top of the wiki. This way you can peruse your options and might as well pick now. NUAs will take 24 hrs to appear in your account.
