I would suggest to first call AS and see if they can confirm the flight. If so, they can send you an email to the effect. It won’t be enough for AA, but it may help the conversation to have that showing that AS do know about you being on the flight.
I’d suggest calling AA.
And I’m assuming that this is after sending copies of BP and eTicket to AA.
