As described, these visits would have counted as only a single use of the benefit. A "visit" is 24-hours at as many Delta clubs as you can hit up.
Re the T&C, years ago (2018, or so?) you used to have to show your license, boarding pass, and card. And that's my experience at Centurion lounges today. However, all DL requires is scanning your boarding pass assuming your card is in your profile.
I meant to point that out as well: under OP's IRROPS situation, at most they would have consumed 2 Visits, instead of 1 Visit, assuming that IRROPs exceeded 24 hours.
