This is not true. OO started CR5 service with UAX in November and currently have 5 planes flying and another 2 in induction. The OO/UAX CR5 fleet will grow to 40 total over the next 18 months. G7’s UAX CR5 fleet will also grow from its current 44 frames. United knows this is the most popular 50-seat jet in the skies.
Do we have any indication if OO is maintaining the service quality we've become accustomed to or if it is being allowed to backslide?
