Yes, resident fares were scrapped some years ago except for USH and RGA, due to Tierra del Fuego being an island. Still I think fueguinos need to call AR to book them, I have never seen them available on the website.

I will say the Aerolineas website does a terrible job of describing your luggage allowance. It does seem like they are now selling (or, at least, plan to sell) tickets limited to just a "personal item," no regular carry-on. I think it would be confusing to tell which tickets those are. I am also often confused about whether I get any free checked baggage, especially if I redeem miles on a partner carrier for the Aerolineas flight.
