(Let alone SQ Suites at less than half the price - you will soon be asking yourself what took you so long!)
I think LHR-TYO is a special case because of the lack of supply currently. I am looking to book a ticket back from Tokyo in early April but the JL flight is already sold out in F on many dates(!). On some dates, the BA flight is even already sold out in F. I think the combination of JL reducing supply from 8 to 6 seats and BA dropping F from a rotation where they've already sold quite a few seats (probably both Avios and otherwise) has massively dropped supply and pricing is now very out of whack. NH flight also sold out on some dates too (that has new F also, so selling well). Many of the TYO flights have a massive price difference between J and F.
