That’s a fair comment. It’s great that so many people here were able to explain the “quirky” (ie stupid) way EI confidently shows the wrong baggage allowance online for some ticket types, but this should really have been fixed many many years ago. It comes up nearly every month on this forum. Even charging it to not show baggage allowance online for these tickets and telling customers to refer to the ticket would be much better.
