Yep, Jet2 seem to have now penetrated that small band of companies alongside Amex, Octopus, Waitrose, etc. that somehow successfully compete on a customer service-first proposition for the mass market and not just on price. Gives you some hope for the future that enshittification of everything in the UK is not just an inevitability (I think the US is already probably a lost cause).
