If BAs strategy works, will they not have an issue with overcrowding of their silver lounges? A lot of GCH and GGL will theoretically move to silver (if they stay with BA) and if BA are successful they will attract a lot of leisure customers to silver. I can see the First Lounge and Concorde Room being much quieter.
