D class is one of the more expensive booking classes for LH group, so it should be widely available most of the time for intra-EU itineraries. You can check the price for different routes using ITA Matrix and then call OS to book. The website/app will only let you book the lowest available booking class, that’s why you need to call in if you need a specific one.
