- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked "KOH SI CHANG SEA VIEW PREMIER VILLA- TWO SINGLE BEDS
" and that's what we got.

- How are the rooms? Room is proper and comfortable. Lovely beds. Easy AC to manage. Nice shower and a separate toilet. Small balcony.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Wifi is good. Nice breakfast but not so many choices. 3 Days are enough then you longing for something else.

Bad: A Little bit old and in need of a bit TLC. It a bit outside of the city of Koh Si Chang so you need a Taxi to go there if you not use the hotel shuttlebus. Roomcleaning is a bit random, some days they not show up at all. Bed linen is old, I do love the soft feeling but not love holes in it.
No beach, but a small infinity pool and a poolbar that seems forgotten by the staff.
Restaurant "FoodExchange" make good food when they not are "out of stock" that happens frequently.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?

Welcome mail a few days before checking in that say we should check in at the Novotel Sri Racha. When we arrived there they told us to check in at the Island instead. Welcome amenities in the room were some fruits and som very sweet crystallized fruit and a personal welcomst letter from the hotel staff. One set of minibar and snacks are free.
Welcome drink were cocktails, wine, beer or softdrinks.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Value about 300฿. I will try out the mainland hotel next time.
