just got a reply from ba holidays - apparently it is divided by the number of people on the hotel booking.
That is very interesting, thanks for reporting back. That suggests the other people on the booking could earn TPs without having flights which I am not sure is really correct. One problem seems to be is that BA haven’t totally thought everything through.
