I booked a ticket on alaskaair.com for SAN-PHX-SFO for travel on Christmas eve, with the first segment on AA. AA had some sort of system meltdown that morning resulting in huge delays and my PHX connection became untenable. Alaska re-booked me on their own metal nonstop. I had my AAdvantage number in the booking but the flight hasn't yet posted to my account and I don't believe it ever will. According to the email I received at the time of re-booking I was booked in the new flight in U class. Since I've already re-qualified for AA Plat Pro I'd prefer to credit this flight to my Mileage Plan account. I tried to request retro credit and received a message that the ticket has already been sent to a partner airline for credit. Is there a way to cancel the credit request to AA and credit to AS MP instead? TIA
