So have a FFC and used it. Bizarrely I can apply miles or PlusPoints for an upgrade but cannot pay $. Seems like a lost opportunity for United. I always look at all 3 to ascertain the best option for me.

Anyone else had an issue with inability to pay $ for an upfare when utilizing a FFC?
