By the letter, no. You'll probably be able to use FFD if you just say you're going to LHR in F though. I don't believe there are any datapoints on Flagship lounge, that's a question best for that thread. My gut feeling is yes, as they have asked for my long haul BP (for example, for LHR-DFW at ORD) and admitted me access, but they were on the same PNR.
