I personally prefer the 6th floor pool. It is not as easy to get to (need to go down to 2nd floor, walk across bridge to other tower, up elevators again). But the pool area is nicer, the water warmer (as it does get direct sun, unlike the 18th floor pool) and quite private seating areas for up-to 4 people. And if you want to lap swim, it is longer too. It is probably more young-kid-friendly too with its shallow end. Neither pool was very busy during my stay last September.
