Also, these softwares, allow different people within that corporation to know have the knowledge to become experts very quickly; not just a select few. This means, alot of folks are able to view the data from different operational angles; saving millions per year (real life outcomes of such AI softwares save companies 50-80 million dollars+ per year).

People should be flying BA for their product, costs, and schedule. A loyalty program is a rebate program that is just icing on the cake. Too many people put the loyalty program ahead of the reason why they even purchased the product in the first place. If people are going to fly EK F and AF F more, then the question becomes, why didn't they in the first place when they or their companies have the funds to do so? Why even stick with BA at all, if not for ratio of product, cost, and schedule? Meaning, is BA's loyalty program so good, that people are choosing an inferior product in the first place to get the perks of such loyalty program? I don't buy that, at the end, it is perceived value. Being top loyalty program holder of McDonalds is never better than dinning at a Michelin Star restaurant.

Again, most chose BA for schedule and price; and will stick with BA for this reason.
