For looking up current fare bucket availability, activate Expert Mode by going to View My United > Settings > Special Preferences & Settings > Enable Expert Mode. Then look up the flight as if you are purchasing the flight - look for PZ (most likely 0).

StW search via Advanced Search function, choosing PlusPoints as upgrade function to see availability.
