Hi, not sure if this is the right thread but a search isn’t coming up with any better suggestions. My flight in December was delayed and then cancelled and then the replacement was delayed and then cancelled, the suggested replacement for that was way too late so we ended up cancelling the trip. One agent told us we would get a refund in 3-5 days but we were subsequently told 7-10 days which seemed more realistic. It has now been over a month and nothing, is this normal and we should just wait or should we chase and if so how? Thanks.
