I am not a BA flyer, but a friend of mine has offered me the use of his 20,000 BA miles. I tried looking on www.britishairways.com , but could not find any charts for use of mileage. Also, I tried calling, but they disconnected me after waiting for 45 minutes. So, I tought I would write in this forum and ask for help. What kinds of awards can I get with 20,000 BA miles?
