Yes...it doesn't work. partly because she's on a seperate reservation where an agent is needed to allow her to "upgrade" to E+, and also because her reservation is carrying her as an unaccompanied minor who only can sit in an assigned seat at rear. Presumably, an agent (especially a premier) agent should be able to address both these issues, but in now different calls with agents that tried to help, they said they couldn't find the empty seats that we see and are clearly there.
