If you haven't already done so, you can note that wheelchair assistance will be necessary when you manage the reservation on the WN website. Because they will preboard, there's no reason to buy EBCI for your parents or the people that will accompany them on board. I do this with my parents a couple of times a year.

Thank you for your reply. I was planning to buy EBCI only for the three other passengers in our group, which is why I was wondering if there's any issue about having one family member accompany them onboard.
Edit: I reread your response. Does that mean I can actually have 2 people accompany my mom and dad on board? My thought was only my sister, but if the rules allow another, then I would do that and only buy EB for the remaining 2 in our group.
