I don’t believe it’s a January 9th start date. My MHC said “More information will be available after January 9th”.
To me it means it will become bookable on Hyatt’s website. This happened with Rio last year, last January is when they starting allowing bookings on Hyatt’s website, but people couldn’t actually stay until March.
