You might have to purchase additional luggage per kg at the airport as their website usually inhibits doing stuff like that if there's another airline on the itinerary.
At the moment Condor doesn't have business availability (source expertflyer); so Alaska can't offer you something either:

My experience with them is that Business availability might show up depending how they assess the overall situation (e.g. to fill up some more seats if they sold Business as part of a married segment).
Keep in mind, "Business Class" is most likely just a move of a curtain, if there's a curtain at all, and an empty middle seat.
If they anticipate high economy booking, they will most likely operate as an all Economy flight.
They sometimes also only offer Business as part of a married segment and not for isolated trips.
