I was on that flight and thought it was odd they would mention the LAX connection. BTW, the 7 AM flight from JFK to LAX was cancelled.

I had booked SFO-JFK-SFO back in August on the 137.70 fare, but the flight back to SFO was taken out of the schedule so I got them to route me SFO-JFK-LAX-SFO. I've had every Friday night booked this year with those runs, even though I had to pay for them last August. It's worked out very, very well. Each flight on the 767s I've been upgrade to B-class or F-class on the LAX-SFO flight. It works out to a little over 12K with all bonuses.
