I have a tangential issue. My passport was reaching its expiry, and I renewed it last month. I cannot get DL (through the website or the app) to delete my old passport information, so that I can enter my new passport information.

(Related to OP: my passport was "DOCS OK" verified as of my last international check-in. The mobile app check-in workflow included the doc verification (photographing the passport). I believe that the issue with a "verified" passport not retaining its "verified" status has to do with how the desk agent handles the passport upon checking in (at the baggage counter). Swiping via check-in kiosk processes the passport properly, thereby allowing it to remain in "verified" status. But not all desk agents do whatever they need to do on their end. (I'm speaking from memory here; details aren't precise.)
