This just happened to me, "an error occurred" the first time and the second time the screen just hung there, but the booking looks to be ticketed, I have an e-ticket receipt in my email, and the money is pending on my Barclaycard. Seats selected on the website and a ticket number issued (both on the e-ticket receipt and a check on RJ.com)

Should I call them to check?
