I flew Nov 28 and Dec 3. I submitted missing mileage request for this and another AA trip on Dec 20. I received an email about the other trip yesterday (and the miles had been corrected).
Yesterday,I sent an email followup yesterday to customer service about the Alaska flights in Nov/Dec (I forwarded my request confirmation email with my inquiry).
By this morning I had a reply and the miles are in my account
