You're above MCT at CDG with your schedule, if you have checked luggage and MH will through check you, you should be fine.
We did this connect on Sunday from QR -> BA with 2h 30m, with checked luggage on separate tickets. QR agent at CGK happily through-checked us without any real challenges, they noted that we had a "short connection" but even though the transit felt like it took an age, we still had plenty of time (probably close to an hour -- longer given our BA flight was delayed by ~30min). Believe MCT for flights onto BA are officially 3h 00m at CDG so they may have broken some rules for us, but it all worked out.
If you're travelling HBO then you should also be fine, assuming you can get your BA boarding pass you can use the transfer process from Terminal 1, just follow the yellow signs and you'll end up at a bus gate (of sorts) back at T1 after a bit of a convoluted time on some travelators (unless we missed a speedier way which is entirely possible). The bus from T1 to T2ABC etc visits T2C last and takes 30-35 minutes once you board it. There was no signage suggesting how frequently they're scheduled and we got a very French "it's coming soon" when we asked about it, we waited about 15 minutes. From deplaning to stepping into T2C was a shade over an hour, the lounge in T2C was decent without being exceptional, on a Sunday evening the place was deserted / felt mostly closed.
Hope this helps!
