I've never been able to get mine to show as verified, but this hasn't been much of an issue. I've been able to check in on the app for my flights and get a boarding pass and just have either the lounge or gate agent at my origin manually verify my docs (a couple of lounge agents have seemed suprised I was able to get the boarding pass for my first (domestic) leg without a DOCS OK, idk what's going on).
