Guest Seat Available but Upgrade Vouchers not honoured
I travel EY mainly for business and therefore my only real use for ADCB upgrade vouchers is J--->F.

If Guest Seat F Awards are available, my understanding is that the ADCB upgrade vouchers should work.

There appears to be a system glitch that blocks A380 F inventory for being available for vouchers upgrades, even if F Guest Awards inventory is available.

I have no issues booking J--->F ADCB voucher upgraded on 787-9 when Guest Seat Awards are available.
