My Avios balance is almost never correct on the website.
Not the website, but I did receive an email from the Executive Club this afternoon, addressed to an entirely different person, with a different Exec Club No., telling me they were sorry my wife was ill and that my companion voucher would be extended, if I could just provide some evidence...
I have neither a wife nor a companion voucher...

Forwarded to the GGL team to hopefully get it to the right person!
