I did that, but for each of my international flights, the webpage says that I have to enter my passport info. I tried scanning my passport into the DL app, but each time I go to check in for a flight, it says that my passport is not verified.
Do any of you folks have suggestions about the most efficient way to get things set up in the DL system? I've got a number of intl flights coming up and would love to find a good way to reduce the messages I get every time I check my itineraries.
Thank you!
Where are you seeing the "Not Verified" message? I get the "Expedite Check-In with Passport Verification" notifications in e-mails and on my itineraries, but when I go into my "Profile" (Personal Details, Basic Info & Passport Details) it shows my passport as "Verified" in green text. Aside from a minor hiccup about two years ago, it's been this way ever since scanning my passport at a kiosk for an international itinerary.
